Your Mag-Tag ID is the 10-digit number on your Mag-Tag Lost and Found Tag. The PIN number is located on the packaging your Mag-Tag came in. If you no longer have the packaging, you should have a copy of the PIN number in your confirmation e-mail that was sent to you when you activated your Mag-Tag.
